I'm 25 and she's 19. we're 5 and a half years apart she's about to be 20 and I just turned 25. I'm excited to ask her and her parents first but I don't know how to ask her parents. any advice would be a blessing.

I would ask her dad but he never really replies (I send messages to him on Facebook messenger but he never gets on facebook). I would rather call but I don't know how to ask this.
