Its been months since then but with my own depressive issues and my brain convincing me that she'll do it again because of my flaws, it has been really bothering me as of recent.

But after she stayed with me and time persisted and she saw that this was going to be a true committed relationship she told me right away.

At the very beginning of our relationship about a week or two in she cheated on me with the last guy who was sleeping with her and was using her, she regretted it so much as was actually loosing sleep and started throwing up from stress and guilt.
